SutaSuta The Walking 3
ー AI Walking Analysis Program
SUTASUTA The Walking ３ is Microstone Health’s AI－powered walking analysis program. It turns fall risk, walking speed, and walking age into a 100-point Walking Score and connects measurement with exercise, improvement programs, and re-measurement.
SUTASUTA The Walking 3 introduces a 100-point Walking Score that makes walking ability easy to understand for employees and corporate health managers.
Conventional health screenings measure blood pressure, blood tests, and BMI, while functions such as walking and balance are rarely quantified. The program analyzes fall risk, walking speed, and walking age, integrating them into one clear score. Unlike Apple Watch and Fitbit, which mainly track steps, distance, activity, and heart rate, SUTASUTA evaluates how well a person walks.
Designed for corporate group screening, it can show workforce-level physical function, age-group trends, higher-risk populations, and changes after improvement programs. It also goes beyond measurement by combining assessment with walking-improvement exercises, an improvement program, and re-measurement.
This Measure-Score-Improve-Re-measure cycle develops walking from individual activity data into a practical corporate health-management indicator.
Our Technology
The product builds on a gait-improvement approach evaluated in a Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare project involving approximately 90 workers in their 50s and 60s over two months.
In the high-risk group, significant improvements were reported in Walking Score (+15 points), fall risk (-21 points), and walking speed (+0.076 m/s).
Significant improvements were also reported in the two-step test, seated stepping test, and 5-meter balance walk. SUTASUTA The Walking 3 develops this foundation into an AI program for corporate group screening, combining gait measurement, risk analysis, improvement exercises, re-measurement, and reporting.
